On Saturday, May 30th, I challenged myself in the Bodybuilding Masters Over 50 at the WFF ASIA OPEN CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026 held in Nerima-ku, Tokyo! I had always wanted to participate in this competition at least once.

After finishing the enjoyable and fulfilling event, I'm thinking of taking on another challenge this summer in August, but
before that,
I'm adjusting to participate in the FABO TOKYO CHALLENGE 2026 on Saturday, June 20th,
aiming for consecutive victories!
